Decent to Great is a book I started writing years ago, laying out a path for going from "decent" to "great" as a programmer, based on the advice I found myself giving repeatedly to the people I mentored. My work responsibilities changed and as a result I didn't get to finish the book, and it was collecting dust for a while, until I decided to release it online in the hope that it may be of use to somebody.
Being a work in progress, some aspects of the book are subpar, in particular more examples would probably be helpful. But the advice, I figure, is pretty solid, so if SEO gods bring some traffic and there is interest, I could probably improve the quality.
